Nestled at 685 Military Road, Mosman, the studio is a calm and welcoming space where quality always comes first. Joanne works solo, giving every appointment her full, undivided attention.

Joanne works solo, so couples and group bookings run consecutively rather than simultaneously — one at a time, but back-to-back so you're never waiting long. If you'd like to book for two people, just call or message ahead and Joanne will arrange the timing to suit both of you.

Absolutely! Gift cards make a wonderful present for someone special. To arrange one, or to book a treatment on behalf of a friend or family member, just give Joanne a call on (+61) 422 320 185 and she'll take care of everything for you.

Yes — hypoallergenic and fragrance-free options are available across most services. If you have known sensitivities or allergies, just mention it when you book. Joanne will discuss the best products and approach for your skin type during your consultation before any treatment begins.

Lash extensions naturally shed with your own lash cycle, typically every 2–4 weeks depending on your skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare. Most clients find a refill every 2–3 weeks keeps their set looking full and fresh. Joanne will advise a schedule that suits you at your appointment.

For lash appointments, arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes — no mascara, lash serum, or oily eye products. For facials and skin treatments, come with a clean face if possible. For waxing, let the hair grow to at least 3mm. For everything else, just arrive relaxed — Joanne takes care of the rest!
